10/24/2020 KPB Housing Relief Program payments to Landlord or Lenders

The Kenai Peninsula Borough has partnered with the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) to provide rent and mortgage relief for residents who have suffered economic hardship due to COVID-19. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until housing relief funds have been exhausted. Applications will be processed in the order in which they were received. Recipients will be asked for additional details to certify their loss of income was caused by COVID-19. Payment will be issued directly to the lender or landlord.
