6/25/19 Call Center Is Open to Answer Your Questions!

CERT volunteer Harry Eaton
We have had lots of curious people calling the Office of Emergency Management Call Center number (262-INFO) and many are surprised to find real people answering the phone!
We have trained CERT Team personnel helping. CERT stands for Citizen Emergency Response Team and they are volunteers who are trained to assist the community in times of emergencies. They might help with evacuations in neighborhoods or help at the call center like they are for the Swan Lake Fire.
This is a picture of CERT team member Harry Eaton who was on the phones helping to answer question about the fire, the roads and the smoke. Feel free to call us between 8 AM and 8 PM and we'll be happy answer any of your questions.
