KENAI PENINSULA BOROUGH PROVIDES AN INTERACTIVE MAP
FOR RESIDENTS CONCERNED ABOUT THE SWAN LAKE FIRE

Soldotna, AK - The Kenai Peninsula Borough has made an interactive map available to help those concerned about the Swan Lake Fire.  The link is available on the upper right under CURRENT SITUATIONAL REPORTS on the KPB emergency blog at www.kpboem.com.

Those accessing the map will find the fire perimeter as well as the land ownership parcels in the Sterling area.  This makes it possible to see the distance between the fire and private home. The map updates automatically every day as the new perimeter is made available.
