9/1/19 4:45 PM - Swan Lake Fire Information

Although there have been some areas with gusty winds, no major issues have been reported so far today across the Swan Lake Fire area because of the wind. Firefighters remain engaged on both the west side near Sterling and Kenai Keys, and on the east side near Cooper Landing. Scooper planes have been unable to work today because swells on Kenai Lake are too large for the planes to
dip there.
