The Sterling Highway remains open at this time. If you must travel, please allow plenty of time, have a full tank of fuel, and bring enough water, food and other essentials.
Be aware that fire conditions are still active, and smoke may be heavy at times. Always drive with your headlights on and in a defensive manner. Keep a look out for our firefighters and help us keep them safe.
