8/26/19 4:10 p.m. Sterling Highway update- Pilot car operations

Pilot car operations are beginning at MP 45-71. Note: MP 45 is different than previous delays. MP 45 is in Cooper Landing at the Sunrise area & Quartz Creek road. This delay is part of the traffic management plan. It is unknown at this time how long pilot car operations will last. Expect significant delays. Travel is discouraged.
