8/31/19 2:30 pm Sign up for KPB Alerts

Director of the Borough Office of Emergency Management Dan Nelson, says the Swan Lake Fire is a good reminder to sign up for KPB Alerts and the Alaska State Trooper's NIXLE alerts and he talks about what each is for.

Because fire activity has slowed, the Borough call center is reducing its hours to 8 am to 8 pm.  www.KPBOEM.com and KB Alerts on Facebook are still the primary sources of information.
