8//25/19 6:23 p.m. Sterling Highway Update- Traffic stopped at mile 57

Traffic is currently stopped at MP 57 due to an increase in fire activity. It is unknown at this time how long the delay will last.

Travel is not recommended on the Sterling Highway related to the continuing level of fire activity between MP 53-71. Expect significant delays.
