08/23/19 07:45 AM Sterling Hwy Update

As of 7:45AM today, the Sterling Highway is open. Be prepared for possible delays due to fire activity or smoke impacts. Drive with headlights on and to road conditions. A dense smoke advisory is in effect until 1:00 PM today Friday 08/23/19 for interior Kenai Peninsula, including the Sterling Highway corridor from Sterling to Cooper Landing.
